- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in Team handling.
- Experience inTeam Management.
- Experience inTime Management.
- Proficiency in data management and tools (like excel, sheets).
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Set clear team goals
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Meet the sales target of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
