We are a leading building materials company and are looking for energetic Graduate Sales Trainees to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in construction material sales and channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, and project sites
- Assist senior sales executives in market development
- Generate new dealer and contractor leads
- Support order booking, collections, and market feedback
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
- Maintain daily visit reports and basic sales MIS

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (building materials exposure preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and local language




- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
