We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance and administrative teams. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or related accounting software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Support in preparing financial reports and MIS
- Manage petty cash and office expense records
- Assist senior accountants during audits
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documents
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally ERP,



MS Excel, and MS Office
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and work in a team

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes
- Experience with invoicing and billing
- Basic understanding of financial statements
