Hiring: HR Manager – Restaurant Franchise Operations

Location: Bangalore (Travel Required)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager – Restaurant Franchise Operations to oversee the people and operational standards across our restaurant franchise network.

The ideal candidate will work closely with both the franchisor and franchise partners to ensure that each outlet operates efficiently, follows company SOPs, maintains high employee performance standards, and delivers a consistent customer experience. The role requires regular visits to franchise locations to monitor staff performance, chef presentation, food quality standards, and overall operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit franchise outlets regularly and monitor daily operations.
- Ensure franchise teams follow company SOPs and HR policies.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Evaluate chefs' food preparation, hygiene, plating, and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with franchise owners to resolve operational and staffing issues.
- Conduct employee induction, training, and performance reviews.
- Identify manpower requirements and support recruitment across franchise locations.




- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace policies.
- Submit periodic audit reports with observations and improvement plans.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners and outlet managers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent Experieince
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, café, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across franchise locations.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, employee management, and customer service.
- Experience in franchise operations is an added advantage.
