Langma International is looking for fluent bilingual speakers to participate in a large-scale AI training project. Position

Bilingual Conversational Audio-Video Contributor (Remote | Freelance/Project-Based)

Project Overview

You will work in pairs and participate in natural, unscripted video conversations using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype. The conversations should reflect how bilingual people naturally communicate by seamlessly switching between English and another language.

This is NOT a translation or interpretation job. We are looking for authentic, spontaneous conversations.

Languages Required

Candidates must be fluent in English and one of the following languages:

German

French

Spanish

Italian

Japanese

Mandarin Chinese

Vietnamese

Project Process

Pilot Session: One 30-minute video conversation.

Client Review: Recording will be reviewed for quality approval.

Regular Assignments: After approval, recording sessions of 1–2 hours each.

Long-Term Opportunity:



Continuous assignments based on successful completion of previous sessions.

Responsibilities

Participate in natural video conversations with another bilingual speaker.

Switch naturally between English and your target language.

Discuss everyday topics without reading from a script.

Maintain high-quality audio and video throughout the session.

Eligibility

Native or near-native fluency in English and one target language.

Comfortable speaking naturally on camera.

Reliable internet connection.

Quiet recording environment.

Laptop, desktop, or smartphone with a positive-quality camera and microphone.

Compensation

Native Speakers

₹1,000 per hour

Indian Bilingual Speakers (Non-Native)

₹500 per hour

Payments will be made based on approved recording hours.
