Job Summary

​We are looking for an energetic and versatile CRM & Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our business and our customers. You will handle phone communications with existing and potential buyers, manage product catalogs, and help showcase our products through social media reels and online channels.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Customer Relationship & Telephonic Sales (Core Role)
​Communicate professionally with existing buyers to maintain strong relationships and follow up on orders.
​Contact prospective/new buyers via phone to explain our product range and features.
​Address customer inquiries, resolve product queries, and provide accurate details telephonically.
​2. Catalog & Computer Tasks
​Maintain and update product catalogs (digital and print format).
​Perform basic computer and internet tasks (data entry, basic Excel/Word, handling emails, web browsing).




​Keep track of customer leads and order details using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
​3. Content & Social Media
​Create simple, engaging short videos/Reels showcasing our products for social media platforms.
​Assist in basic product photography and uploading catalog updates online.

​Required Skills & Qualifications
​Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in [e.g., Hindi / English / Local Language].
​Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office (Excel/Word), internet usage, and email handling.
​Tele-calling/Sales: Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales is a plus (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply).
​Social Media: Familiarity with creating basic Instagram/Facebook Reels and using smartphone cameras effectively.
​Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
