- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, EEE, ECE, or related disciplines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to support tendering, estimation, proposal preparation, and bid management activities for Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely submission of bids.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Electrical and Mechanical projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation from drawings and BOQs.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Prepare tender documentation, bid submissions, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical inputs and approvals.
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, SAP Ariba, SRM, IREPS, BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, NTPC, and other e-procurement portals.
- Track tender schedules,



EMDs, bid submissions, and tender results.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and supporting documents.
- Support contract review, purchase order evaluation, and project handover activities.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with client requirements.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and tendering processes.
- Familiarity with HVAC, Fire Fighting, MEP, or Industrial Projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Experience in GeM and e-tendering portals is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
