Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all tool room activities, including manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Ensure timely availability of tools and dies for production operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tools to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain tool inventory, records, and documentation for audits.
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in the tool room.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in tool room activities.
- Collaborate with design and development teams for modifications and improvements in tooling.
