Assistant Manager – Social Media

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

What You'll Do:

- Develop creative strategies and content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Create engaging concepts for UGC and brand campaigns.
- Plan and lead product and lifestyle photoshoots, ensuring premium, Pinterest-inspired, aesthetic visuals.
- Cordinate with creators, models, photographers, and editors to deliver high-quality content aligned with the brand.
- Build content calendars, monitor trends, and turn insights into high-performing content.
- Collaborate with design, influencer, and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Track content performance and optimize creative strategies based on data.

Who You Are:





- 4–6 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Social Media, or Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of UGC content, social media trends, and visual storytelling.
- Experience leading photoshoots with an eye for aesthetics, styling, and premium brand visuals.
- Excellent scripting, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in D2C beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
