Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively between the Sales, Accounts, and Fragrance Development teams.
- Support lead conversion and maintain regular follow-up with key customers for business development.
- Manage email communications on behalf of the BDM/Director and maintain customer records.
- Follow up on sample feedback, customer inquiries, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the BDM's calendar, appointments, and customer meeting schedules.
- Update UT records and maintain sample dispatch tracking with courier details.
- Share sales circulars and other business communications with customers.
- Coordinate sample pickups and material dispatch with customers.
- Accompany the BDM/Director for client meetings whenever required.
- Follow up with customers for payment collection as per company credit policy.
- Share transport details, pricing updates, and order-related information with customers.
- Register and coordinate resolution of customer complaints with the concerned departments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports,



dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Client Relationship, or Customer Service.
- Experience in the Fragrance, Flavour, FMCG, Chemicals, Cosmetics, or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
