Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage production schedules using Microsoft Project (Gantt charts, dependencies, critical path)
- Monitor progress, track timelines, and update project plans regularly
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and shopfloor teams for smooth operations
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and machinery as per plan
- Track daily production vs plan and address deviations
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Generate reports on progress, resource utilization, and efficiency
- Maintain production documentation and ensure quality & safety compliance

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production planning
- Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of PPC, manufacturing processes, and inventory flow
- Familiarity with ERP systems and barcoding (preferred)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
