We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer who thrives in industrial contexts, understands spatial branding, and can lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence.

Qualification: Graduate degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in industrial, commercial, or high-end residential interior design

Work Mode: Work from Office

Weekly Off: Every Tuesday

Pay Scale: as per industry Standards and it totally depends upon the technical test.

Note: Candidate must have own Laptop

Role Summary:

As a Senior Interior Designer at Interiosplash, you’ll lead design strategy and execution for large-scale projects. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and vendors to deliver spaces that reflect brand identity, operational efficiency, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead end-to-end design execution for luxury interior projects

 Collaborate with clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and functional needs

 Develop mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and 3D visualizations

 Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution





 Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

 Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews

 Stay updated on global luxury design trends and innovations

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture

 7+ years of experience in luxury interiors (residential, hospitality, or retail)

 Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design sensibilities

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering tools

 Excellent communication and client-handling skills

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
