Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-Based – Up to ₹2,000 per month)

About the Role

Gatecode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment status.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters,



and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Perform administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
