We are looking for a creative, adaptable Graphic & Multimedia Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, video production, and cutting-edge technology. In this role, you won't just create static visuals—you’ll produce engaging video content and use up-to-date AI tools to streamline your creative process, experiment faster, and push visual boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design high-quality visual assets for digital channels (social media, ads, email campaigns, website graphics) and print (bramded collateral, posters, presentations).
- Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Translate marketing concepts and visual briefs into eye-catching visual content.

Video Creation & Editing

- Plan, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts, promotional videos, product demos).
- Handle basic motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and color correction.
- Reframe and repurpose long-form video assets into snackable social clips.

AI Integration & Innovation

- Leverage generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Photoshop Firefly, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) to brainstorm, storyboard,



and generate creative visual assets quickly.
- Prompt engineering for image generation, style expansion, and texture/asset creation.
- Stay ahead of emerging creative AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and optimize design workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design, digital content creation, or video editing.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for graphic/video assets.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design projects, short video/motion content, and any AI-enhanced visual work.
- Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual storytelling, and video timing.
- Mindset: Highly curious, self-driven, and quick to test and adopt new creative tools and tech trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
