Hence, we need a creative, trend-savvy Reels & Social Media Video Creator, to help us transform our stunning visuals into beautiful content.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos featuring weddings, pre-weddings, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit raw footage from various events to create captivating edits using popular music, seamless transitions, and cinematic storytelling techniques.
- Implement cutting-edge Instagram to utilize them for maximum organic reach.
- Collaborate with our photographers, editors, and Marketing Manager to ensure that the content created is in tandem with our brand and identity.




- Devise storyboard concepts for creative and seasonal promotional campaigns, and content aimed to go viral focused predominantly on weddings.
- Curate the posting schedule and do all the caption writing, hashtag and keyword optimization, and other SEO-targeted strategies.
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies to improve audience growth about the metrics (views, engagement, reach, and analytics).

Skills & Requirements

Advanced knowledge of video editing software, whether Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or mobile editing applications like CapCut or InShot.

- Deep understanding of fast-paced storytelling including Reels and TikTok – the use of cuts and transitions, captions, hooks, and trending audio.
- Understanding of the social media algorithm and engagement metrics.
- A creative and systematic mind with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to propose new and creative concepts.
