· Packaging & loading of spare parts (like spindles, rotor, etc.)

· Internal Truck movement & co-ordination for goods movement(to be discussed)

· Daily Production Report with serial number

· Worker Job Card

· Production progress per Machine. (contains re-work information as well)

· Workmen planning schedule

· Machine file containing- Work order, G.A., RM list, B/O list, FAT, Test Reports (DP Test, leakage test, balancing certificate etc.), modifications in machine, servicing/commissioning report, spares provided, electrical drawings.

· Job/ labor work monthly log

· CNC parts tolerance check report.

· CNC Parts issued & consumption for which machine.

· Marketing & Sales- work order, special client requirements, inform if dispatch schedule change as per client need, inspection dates, approved G.A. drawing, servicing & commissioning schedule.

· Stores- material indenting & status, indenting for labor/ job work, issuing of tools, sending equipment for repairs, indenting requirement for recent tools & equipment, follow up & making material available, packing list, stationary, spares dispatch.

· Electrical- Trial & testing, FAT (elec points), electrical tubing & instrumentation provision indication, hydraulics & pneumatics considerations,

· Design- fabrication drawings, part drawings, assembly drawings, plate consumption drawing (for C-22 and 904L), modification in design, R&D; developments, BOM list per order.

· Admin- plant repair & maintenance, documentation manual.

· Purchase- Halal coating co-ordination.

· Accounts- Book transport for machine, service & commissioning technician.

· Excise- documents for dispatch.
