Job Summary

Sethia Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and ensuring timely project completion through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.
- Develop baseline programs and monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays and risks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and management.
- Monitor manpower, material, and equipment deployment against project plans.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans when required.
- Monitor project productivity and resource utilization.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost monitoring.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and cash flow projections.




- Support management with project planning presentations and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.

Pay: ₹13,086.39 - ₹64,978.68 per month
