- Vertical – Risk Management (Secured and Un-Secured Loans)
- Geos – Middle East
- Segregating, analyzing and allocating accounts to the team leads
- Would be responsible for managing the entire portfolio, by taking direct reportings from Team Leads and Associates
- Data analyzing and building strategies for boosting performance and increasing productivity would be an intrinsic part of the job
- Would be expected to drive profitability of the portfolio within the budgeted parameters
- Would be required to assist senior management in business development and key portfolio management
- Assist with capacity planning and hiring
- Assist with training for new Team Leads and associates to ensure robust understanding of collection policies, processes and systems
- MIS preparation and sharing portfolio related information with the management
- Should be able to lead by example
- Act as a mentor for the team members
- Should be audit compliant and be able to manage escalations
