Job Summary:
We are looking for a Moulder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating moulding machines and assisting in the production of rubber products. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced individual, we welcome you to apply and contribute to the efficient production of high-quality rubber goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain rubber moulding machines.
- Set up and adjust moulds and materials for production runs.
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect products for defects and quality control.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and performing basic maintenance.




- Ensure safety protocols are followed in all production processes.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Support team in meeting production targets.

Qualifications:

- Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.
- Basic knowledge of moulding processes and equipment is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong adherence to safety standards and practices.

Preferred Skills (for experienced candidates):

- Previous experience in rubber manufacturing or moulding processes.
- Familiarity with different rubber compounds and moulding techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
