Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the hospital.

Supervise, guide, and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and standards.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient management.

Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements where necessary.

Prepare staff duty rosters and manage workforce allocation.

Conduct training, orientation, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.

Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.

Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards are followed.

Handle patient and attendant concerns related to nursing services.

Qualification:

B.Sc. Nursing ,GNM orANM

Valid nursing registration.

Experience:

10-15 years of clinical nursing experience.
