We are looking for an Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and reporting performance-based ad campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to build effective ad strategies.
- Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and pixel implementation to measure campaign performance accurately.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement changes to maximize ROAS and achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content, video,



and design teams to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and current technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

Experience with email marketing and SEO is a bonus, and candidates with the same will be preferred.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of proven experience managing Meta & Google ad campaigns.
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across industries and geographies.

Pay: ₹10,091.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
