Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Business Analyst with a strong command of Excel, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and performance reports.
- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query, etc.) to automate reporting and streamline data processes.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Identify performance trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Present insights effectively through clear visualizations and concise storytelling.
- Handle workload dynamically and prioritize tasks based on business urgency.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to fluctuating workloads and timelines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Experience working with large datasets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python, VBA, etc.).
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or data-driven business environment.
