Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Telugu Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and child-friendly learning environment for young learners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Teach Telugu language effectively to students of Grades 1, 2, and 3.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Develop creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and interactive.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and maintain accurate records.
- Encourage students to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Telugu.
- Foster a positive, inclusive,



and nurturing classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and implementation.
- Support the overall growth and holistic development of students.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Telugu/Relevant Subject with B.Ed. (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in primary grades is an added advantage.
- Solid command of spoken and written Telugu.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
