About the Role

SurgeonsWing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to lead our clinic's daily operations in Kollam. If you have a strong foundation in administration and a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Staff Management: Oversee daily clinic workflows, manage staff schedules, and ensure a smooth operational environment.
- Finance & Revenue: Track daily billing, manage budgets, and implement strategies to drive clinic profitability.
- Patient Experience & Marketing: Ensure top-tier service for all patients and coordinate local marketing efforts to increase footfall.
- Compliance & Reporting:



Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations and prepare regular operational reports.

Qualifications

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business management, clinic operations, or administration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and financial acumen.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
