About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and acquire potential B2B clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update daily sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates with prior experience in IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Alibaba.com, or similar B2B platforms will be preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
