Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for growth.




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals to expand the company's market share.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
- Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
