We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience of 4 to 6 years to manage key client projects. Responsibilities include taking complete ownership, delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis with ability at getting best out of people and projects they oversee.

Qualification –

- Skilled with an MCA / BE in any discipline / Master's degree in any IT discipline
- Sound educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- PMP, CSM Certifications a plus

Required skills & Experience -

- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Sound technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience on working with project management tools like JIRA etc.
- Exposure on projects with AI, ML, NLP, PWA a plus
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and problem solving mind-set mandatory

Key Responsibilities -

- Candidate should have fair amount of understanding of project management methods like Agile, Scrum.




- Should be able to understanding project requirements and create estimates.
- Should be able to understand client requirement and convert it to scope document.
- Good communication skills, should proactively communicate with client about ever changing scenarios during project life cycle.
- Leadership skills to lead the team from front, and motivate team to take up challenging tasks and finish assigned tasks with given timelines with good quality.
- Basic knowledge of at least any one web development technology like PHP, .Net, Java, Node etc
- Some knowledge of database design and architecture
- Knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform for e.g. AWS, Azure, Google cloud
- Developing scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Drive requirements for the Product / Solution and act as its owner
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
