Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and store operations, including material receiving, loading, unloading, storage, labeling, inventory control, dispatch, and documentation. The role ensures smooth material flow, inventory accuracy, timely dispatch of materials, and compliance with company procedures while coordinating with Production, Purchase, QA, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all daily store and warehouse operations.
- Manage loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Ensure proper inspection, labeling, identification, and storage of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain proper barcode/label identification wherever applicable.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory movement.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage.




- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Delivery Challans, Dispatch Records, Stock Transfer Notes, and other store documents.
- Supervise store helpers, loaders, and warehouse staff, ensuring proper work allocation and discipline.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping (5S) and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Life Sciences industries will be preferred.

Salary: As per company norms and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
