- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Supervise fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, and finishing of PEB structural components.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, QA/QC, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material consumption.
- Monitor production progress, prepare daily production reports, and maintain documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Resolve shop-floor technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Typical PEB production roles involve coordinating fabrication, welding, material planning, quality, and safety to meet delivery schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
