Vadan Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and seamless coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, and interior teams.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage MEP subcontractors, vendors, and material approvals.
- Resolve site coordination issues and provide technical support.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare progress reports,



as-built drawings, and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM is an advantage).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
