Role Overview
As a Business Development Trainee, you will support the team in lead generation, client communication, and business growth activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn sales, client handling, and real business exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
- Support in lead generation through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Help schedule meetings and coordinate with clients
- Understand client requirements and assist in proposing solutions
- Work with internal teams on basic proposals and presentations
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
- Support the team in achieving business targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or client handling
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
