Kalso Digital is a Tirupur-based digital agency working with brands across textiles, healthcare, education, and D2C e-commerce. We handle everything from brand identity and social media to websites, ad campaigns, and AI-powered products — and we're growing.

The Role
We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can own both static design and video content for our clients. You'll work directly with our team on real campaigns that go live — social creatives, ad videos, reels, brand collateral, and more. This is a hands-on role with variety: no two weeks look the same.

What You'll Do

- Design social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, catalogs, and brand collateral
- Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, YouTube, and ad campaigns (Meta/Google)
- Create motion graphics, intros, and easy animations for client content
- Work with our team to turn briefs into scroll-stopping visuals — quick
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Occasionally assist with shoot planning and on-location content capture

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency experience is a plus; strong freshers with killer portfolios welcome)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects a big plus)
- A sharp eye for typography, color, and layout
- Ability to edit engaging reels/short-form content with pacing, captions, and trending formats
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Tamil and English communication; based in or willing to relocate to Tirupur

Bonus Points

- After Effects / motion graphics skills
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Claude etc.)
- Photography or videography skills
