Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily operational activities. The candidate will assist in coordination, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with team members and clients/candidates
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
- Update databases and operational trackers
- Assist in scheduling meetings and interviews
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree pursuing/completed




- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of recruitment or marine/offshore industry is an advantage
- Positive email drafting and communication skills
