Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our Payroll Team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to payroll operations, HR processes, employee data management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, maintains confidentiality, and has strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating employee payroll records.

Support payroll data collection, verification, and processing.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee information.

Assist in attendance, leave

Help maintain employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Support statutory compliance documentation and payroll audits, as required.

Respond to routine employee payroll queries under supervision.

Assist with onboarding documentation related to payroll.

Perform other HR and payroll-related administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Required Qualifications





Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Basic understanding of HR and payroll concepts is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
