We are hiring Sales & Distribution Executives to expand our market presence and strengthen our distribution network. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, distributor handling, dealer management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Visit retail outlets and ensure product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Field Sales, FMCG Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
