Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage the sourcing and purchasing of laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, chemicals, consumables, spare parts, and other operational requirements. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities and purchase order processing.
- Source and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, chemicals, consumables, and indirect materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and inventory availability.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Maintain procurement records and ERP data.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.





Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in the testing & analytical, pharmaceutical, chemical, or scientific equipment industry.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
