We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator with 1-3 years of experiencein manufacturing to perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensure components meet customer and quality requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CMM machines for dimensional inspection of machined components.
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints,
and GD&T; requirements.
- Generate and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicators.
- Identify non-conforming parts and coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Support customer audits and internal quality improvement activities
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
