Accounts Specialist

Location: Dehradun (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, deadline-driven, and capable of ensuring accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
- Manage TDS compliance, deductions, and return filings.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and resolve audit queries.
- Manage Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll preparation and timely salary processing.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.




- Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting.

Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance.
- CA Inter or CMA Inter is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1-2years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel is preferred.

- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA, based on experience and skills.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
