- Provide technical support for IBM Maximo, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.
- Work hands-on with all Maximo modules and custom reports.
- Perform custom development and enhancements in Maximo (v7.6.1.2).
- Design and implement Maximo workflows based on business requirements.
- Manage Maximo integrations with third-party systems.
- Set up sites, users, and perform configuration activities.
- Conduct testing activities, including for Maximo handheld devices and third-party applications.
- Resolve customer issues and document resolutions.
- Perform code changes/enhancements and ensure compatibility with other integrated systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7.6.1.2 preferred).
- Robust understanding of Maximo modules, customizations, and reporting.
- Experience in Maximo technical support and end-to-end integration.
- Workflow creation and configuration within Maximo.
- Ability to perform code-level changes and conduct testing (including mobile/handheld support).

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
- Skilled in documenting use cases, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Strong team-building and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology is an added advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
