Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development qualified to drive employee capability development through Behavioral, Sales, and Technical training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing and delivering impactful training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver Behavioral, Sales, and Technical training programs.
- Develop training content including presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with business leaders and SMEs to plan and execute learning initiatives.
- Manage induction, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars, records, and LMS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Strong experience in Behavioral and Sales training, with exposure to Technical/IT training.
- Experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA), content development, and facilitation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and manage multiple learning initiatives.

Preferred

- Experience in IT, SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS, or BPO organizations.
- Train the Trainer (TTT) or other L&D; certifications are an added advantage.
