We are looking for Web Developers with 2–4 years of experience in web application development who are passionate about software engineering, continuous learning, and AI-assisted development.

The ideal candidate has strong web development fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. You will receive structured training in ColdFusion and our engineering practices, with the goal of becoming project and client-ready within six months.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP or Python.
- Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP principles.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, including legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve technical and engineering skills.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP or Python.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.




- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Good SQL knowledge with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to critically review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
- Robust curiosity, learning mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.
- Passion for continuous learning and modern software engineering best practices.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Laravel, Django, or Flask.
- Exposure to React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and software testing.
