Position Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Education Qualification Required:

Graduate

Experience Required:

1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Coordinate with designers to create engaging text, image, and video content
- Optimize company pages on different platforms to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Measure Social Media traffic
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices,



and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with co-workers (Designers & Content developer, paid marketing) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Reply to online reviews, comments and share contents on groups.
- Suggest recent ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Technical Skills/Competencies Required:

- Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
- Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of social media analytics

Soft Skills/Attributes Required:

- Excellent communication skills (Reading, Writing, Listening)
- Ability to present reports on weekly/monthly basis
