Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities for Government, PSU, and Private sector projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and monitor Government, PSU, and Private tenders through GEM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other tender websites.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit online/offline tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Logistics teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare costing, quotations, BOQs, and commercial offers.
- Arrange EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and required documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to tender queries, clarifications, and corrigenda.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
- Coordinate with customers after order award until completion of documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in Tender Management.




- Experience in Government/PSU tenders is preferred.
- Experience in HDPE Pipes, PLB Ducts, Telecom, Infrastructure, Construction, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Experience with GEM Portal and CPP Portal.
- Knowledge of e-Tendering procedures.
- Positive understanding of tender documentation and compliance.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

- Handling tenders for BSNL, Railways, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), PHED, PWD, CPWD, Telecom Companies, Power Utilities, and other Government Departments.
- Knowledge of EMD, BG, PBG, and contract documentation.
- Experience in preparing commercial bids and technical bids.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location: Kolkata
Joining: Immediate / Within 30 Days Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
