An HR Officer is responsible for supporting the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. They assist in employee relations, performance management, training and development, and help create a positive and productive workplace setting while providing administrative support to the HR department.
