Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for calling potential leads provided by the company, explaining our products, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The role requires good communication skills, strong learning ability, and proper data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Explain our marble and natural stone products to potential customers.
- Take regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Encourage and coordinate showroom visits for customers.




- Maintain and update lead data and follow-up details in Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales/showroom team when required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Good grasping power and willingness to learn about products.
- Organized and comfortable handling lead follow-ups and call records.
