Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing project estimates, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and BOQs for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project plans.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for estimation purposes.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost sheets, estimation reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Maintain updated records of material rates and vendor quotations.
- Support tender preparation and project costing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in Estimation or Quantity Surveying (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
