About the Role

Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech is seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Trainer to train aspiring beauty professionals in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on training in:
- Hair Cutting
- Hair Styling
- Hair Colouring
- Hair Treatments
- Chemical Services (Smoothening, Rebonding, Keratin, Botox, Perming, etc.)
- Evaluate students' practical and theoretical performance.
- Ensure students are industry-ready by maintaining high training standards.
- Conduct demonstrations and workshops for prospective students.
- Support admission counselling by conducting technical demo sessions when required.
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and proper upkeep of the Hair Lab and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the hair industry.

Eligibility Criteria





- Professional certification or diploma in Hair from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Hair Stylist, with at least 1–2 years of training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced hair services and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Academy training experience will be an added advantage.

- Positive classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for learning and teaching.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Moga will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
