Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
- Maintain patient records and manage daily billing/receipts
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Manage the reception area and ensure a clean, pleasant environment

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software)
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setup preferred (not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
