Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist senior draftsmen and design engineers in preparing construction drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Revise and update drawings based on client comments and engineer instructions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers to incorporate field modifications into drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and document control.
- Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and completeness before submission.
- Assist in quantity take-off by referring to approved drawings when required.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to avoid drawing conflicts.
- Ensure timely completion of drawing submissions as per project schedules.
- Maintain proper filing and backup of all project drawings and soft copies.
- Support the engineering team during tender and execution stages.




- Attend coordination meetings when required and implement drawing revisions.
- Follow company drafting standards and quality procedures.
- Report daily work progress to the Senior Draftsman or Design Engineer.
- Ensure confidentiality of project documents and drawings.
- Perform any other drafting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of 3D drafting is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and architectural drawings.
- Understanding of engineering symbols, scales, and drafting standards.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawing revisions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, or ,D.Arch, Draftsman (Civil).
- candidates with up to 10+years of relevant experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
