Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Store materials safely and systematically to prevent damage, theft, or deterioration.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisition notes (MRNs).
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the procurement team about low stock or reorder requirements.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and physical inventory.
- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and ERP/inventory management system updates.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, project,



and accounts departments regarding inventory and material reconciliation.
- Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and inventory status reports.
- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, machinery, and consumables.
- Monitor material expiry dates (where applicable) and prevent wastage.
- Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
